What: Small group based skill building classes targeting enhancement of characteristics highly valued by employers. Curriculum designed to address problem-solving, self-regulation, communication, and professional skills.

Why:  The goal of the Employment Social Skills Training Program is to provide participants with access to the strategies and tools needed to continue to grow and enhance their personal careers regardless of where they choose to work.

Program Structure: The program is provided at no cost. A snack will be provided prior to the session. Commitment to attend all sessions is required. Sessions are facilitated by an instructor and each participant will have an individual plan outlining an individualized goal.
