We have two locations with a total of 85,000 square feet, including 50,000 square feet of production space and 2500 pallet spaces of storage. Both of our locations have shipping and receiving docks that can be accessed by 53 foot trailers. Our convenient Midwest location offers multiple options for quick shipping opportunities to the furthest corners of the US, saving on both freight costs and delivery time. We work with all the major 3PL providers to expedite shipping and receiving including unloading overseas containers. Lafayette is a preferred UPS vendor with daily pickups. We can ship directly to stores or to warehouse distribution centers.
Lafayette customizes reporting to our customers needs starting with the implementation of our customer’s Bill of Material product numbers and description nomenclature into Lafayette’s inventory tracking system. We record received product direct into a warehouse locator system. From there product flows into WIP assignments, finished goods and outgoing shipments. Lafayette works with your staff to create customized production and inventory reporting addressing your company needs so we can track your product and finished goods status from beginning to end of each project.

Lafayette staff are experts in lot/exp coding and batch tracking to assist with your optimization of FIFO management of time sensitive products when converting existing inventory into new marketing configurations. We can ink jet codes onto blister cards, multi-pack boots or trays, and case labels. These codes can also be documented onto the Bill of Lading as needed. Lafayette understands the importance of bar code integrity when applying original bar codes or relabeling existing ones. We can print shipping labels with inventory bar codes.
